website help!!

Hey everyone. I have decided to open up a website for Inkredible Creations. I have bought my domain. However, I have no idea where to even start. If anyone has any knowledge of web design, please contact me. I just need to know how to put my logo on there, put a cool background, and how to load images... thanks in advance!!

Sunday

Hi everyone. I hope that you all enjoy your Sunday. It is beautiful here in Cincinnati. 73 degrees and sunny. You can't beat that! Nothing to show today. I haven't worked on any projects all weekend. I am hoping to do something today. I am going to be creating an Inkredible Creations website today, so it depends on how long that takes.
Remember, if you were a winner in my giveaway, you have until Tuesday to claim your prize.
Have a great day!!

2 more wedding pages done!!

Last night I finished up 2 more wedding pages for my sample album. Here they are:

I used glitter chipboard on the word "cake" which really makes it pop off the page. I cut the word "bride" out with my Quickutz silhouette machine. I used the font "cheri" which is one of my favorite fonts. Then I used 3-d flowers to embellish the pages. Other embellishments I used are the 3-d wedding cake and a flourish which I cut from my silhouette as well!!
I hope that everyone has a great friday. I am going to the Creed concert tonight with my husband and friends!! I can't wait!!

Busy Bees Blogging Group challenge

I am in the Busy Bees Blogging Group and last week was the first challenge. (I know I am a little late... the birthday party kept me a little busy). The challenge is to use a 3-D object on your card. Perfect timing for this challenge because my papertrey ink set "Everyday Button Bits" had just arrived. this set is sooo cute. All you have to do is stamp, and then fill in the rest with a button! What a genius idea!! Anyway, here are my 4 cards that I put together for the challenge!

Birthday party

Well, Sydney's 7th birthday party was a hit!!! Remember, it was "Sydney's Sweet Shoppe". The girls arrived at 2. First they decorated baker's hats and then made foam magnets. Next, they decorated and ate cupcakes. Then, Sydney opened her presents. We sang happy birthday and ate cake and ice cream. Finally, the girls got to fill up their own goodie bag with candy from the candy "bar". I got all these ideas from Bethany at Hissyfits Photography blog. She is very creative!!!
First, I am showing you the tins and goodie bags. I found the tins at Target dollar spot. I hot glued the marabou onto the tins, to make them more girly. When they filled up their goodie bags, they placed the goodie bag into the tin to take home.

I made the cupcake goodie bags out of fabric. These turned out really cute. Inside the goodie bags were: a cupcake cup, 2 marble magnets, a bottlecap necklace.

Here are couple more pictures of the tins and goodie bags:

This is a dum dum topiary that I made using a styrofoam ball and over 200 dum dums!!

Here is the candy "bar". The girls loved this.... of course I bought too much candy and have tons left over....
<

Here is our fireplace: I made candy decorations out of styrofoam and cellophane. I made the banner that says "Sydney is 7".

Here is our front door. I made 2 big lollipops out of styrofoam and cellophane. My brother in law made the sign: "Sydney's Sweet Shop".

He also made me cupcake toppers and the tags on the tins. He is a great graphic designer and did an awesome job! Here are some of the cupcakes that I made... I made tons of cupcakes... had to put some in the freezer...

Finally... here is the sweet birthday girl, Sydney:

This party was a lot of fun to put together!! Sydney really appreciated all my work too, so that makes it all worth it!!

Christmas?? in August??

I know it is only August... but it is almost August 25.. that means only 4 more months until Christmas... and you all know that it will be here before we know it. Here is a set of 4 Christmas cards that I made. It comes with matching envelopes and in a clear box to store the cards. These stamps are the cutest.... they are made by Darcie.... They are even fun to color in... and I used lots of glitter.

I make all of my Christmas cards... I usually have about 20 made by now. Guess how many I have made (for my personal use)? NONE.. these are the only Christmas cards that I do have made.. and I hoping that these will be sold. So I need to get to work on my Christmas cards.. and Halloween... this time of year is always so busy. I try and get stuff made in the beginning of the summer... not sure what happened, but not much has been made... oh well... do you make your own Christmas cards? have you started?

Great oppurtunity

I have come across a great oppurtunity to place an ad for my scrapbooking services in a wedding planner/magazine. A friend of mine is the publisher and thinks a scrapbooking service for brides would be a real hit!!! There is nobody around here that offers this service. So I decided to take the plunge. First thing that I had to do was make a 2 page layout to use for the ad. I just finished that up tonight and will post it tomorrow! So stay tuned!!!

Cute card set with matching purse

Just relisted this 4 card set with envelopes. Also comes with this adorable matching purse that will store your cards. It even has a velcro closure.

Monday Monday...

Well I actually slept great last night... which is a miracle for me. My kids are coming down with head colds. They are all stuffy. This happens every year right before my daughter's birthday, which is next Tuesday. It just isn't a good time to get sick because of her birthday and school starting. Today will be a resting day for them.... Her birthday party is on Saturday. She is having Sydney's Sweet Shoppe at our house. I made big candy decorations out of styrofoam, they will be decorating cupcakes, and will have a candy "bar" so they can fill up their own goodie bags!! I can't wait to take pictures.. I will post them after the party.

Here is a thinking of you card that I made last week. I have had this turtle forever. I made the card and was trying to decide what sentiment to put on it. I thought that he looks like he is thinking about something... so that is why I chose "thinking of you".

This card is another soccer birthday card for a boy. I think these soccer images are great for birthday card, especially if you have a son that is on a soccer team.

Enjoy your day!! Don't forget to make a comment on Sunday's post to be entered into the giveaway!!

Gratitude

I hope that everyone is enjoying their Saturday.
Here is the other card that I made using the Stampin Up set Fifth Avenue Floral set. It is a pretty simple card. I really like the blue with the soft suede color.

Here is a thinking of You card. I made it using bright, cheerful colors so that it can brighten someone's day!!

Both of these cards will listed in my Etsy shop. I am going to be in a couple craft shows in 5 weeks. I have sooo much work to do!! ****If you were going to my craft show, what would you hope (or want) to see there??? ****

Soccer season is among us!!

Both of my kids have started soccer. I just got these soccer stamps from Rubbernecker stamp company. They are really cute!! So I decided to make 2 birthday cards (a boy and girl) and a Soccer star chipboard scrapbook. I just posted them on Etsy.
My shot went well today. My neck is sore, but that is normal. We have a full house tonight. We are babysitting my brother's kids... 4, 2,and 1. So we have 5 kids now 6 and under!! Not much crafting being done tonight!! We only have them until 1 pm tomorrow! Enjoy your night.

Thinking of You

Here is a thinking of you card that I made yesterday... I used the Floral fifth avenue set from Stampin Up!! I have had this set for awhile now and finally dusted it off and made some cards (well 2) with this set. I will post the other card tomorrow. Don't worry though.. I have made many birthday cards this week. I will be posting those once I put them on the computer.
I am getting my second epidural injection later this morning for my herniated disc in my neck. I had one 3 weeks ago and it did help some... maybe about 40%.. I am hoping to get more relief with this second one! I hope that you all have a great Friday!!

Thanks for all you do....

Wow... it is not a birthday card!! Can you believe it?? LOL... I actually made this card last week... do you recognize the layout of the card?? Yep... my favorite... again it is sooo easy... just use 3 strips of patterned paper and voila.. you have a background for your card. The stamps are Stampin Up! and the flower embellishment is from Archivers! Have a great day!!
