It's me again!!

I am back again... I am trying to plan my daughter's 7th birthday party. She wants it to be at our house. After surfing the net for birthday party ideas, we came up with the theme: Sweete Shop... Everything will be sweet: candy, cupcakes.... We will have a candy "bar" and decorate cupcakes. If you have any ideas for decorations, favors, or any other tips, leave me a comment. Thanks!

Good Wednesday morning.... Here are 2 more cards that I have made. I used SU's Good Morning Sunshine paper, Cute and Curly stamp set, and Cheep Talk. I love how the pears on the paper match the pear stamp. I cased the second card from craftygirl's blog. Finally... broke out the stamps...

It has been awhile since I have made some cards.... I have been focusing on mini scrapbooks. It felt good to make some cards. I made 2 "thinking of you" cards. You can never have too many of those. I like to have cards already made, you never know when you might need one!! I used Stampin' Up!'s tree set called: Trendy trees and SU paper called Good Morning Sunshine (this paper pack is sooo cute!) I cased these cards from Dawn Easton... I thought her cards were really cute!! I will be posting some blog candy (hint: a premade scrapbook!!!) on Thursday... stay tuned!

I hope that everyone had a great weekend. We had a lot of fun in Chicago... back to reality. I have been soo busy today finishing up my mom's scrapbooks that she ordered. She also needed fabric gift bags to put the scrapbooks in, so I had to dust off the ol' sewing machine and make 10 bags. But I got it all finished and delivered to her by 6pm. Of course, I forgot to take pictures of the scrapbooks. So I cannot post any.... I do promise to post some more projects this week.. Also, I will be giving away some blog candy ... so stick around!!! Good morning everyone!! My shot went well... I feel pretty good today, but it takes a couple of days to go into affect. I will be busy today making premade mini scrapbooks. My mom just placed an order for 18 of them!!! She needs them by Monday night and I am going to Chicago for the weekend... so I will be really busy today making those... also Sunday night, and all day Monday. When I get a chance I will post a picture of one of them!! Have a great weekend!!

Summer chipboard scrapbook

I cannot believe that July is almost over.... especially when the weather has only been 75-80 degrees... I just hope this doesn't mean we hava a hot fall. I have been working on several summer scrapbooks for my etsy shop. Here is one that I just finished yesterday. I have never done a shaped chipboard album before. I had a lot of fun with this one and look forward to doing many more....






I added a lot of embellishments: ribbon, 3d stickers, flowers. Very Summery!! Have a great day.... I am getting an epidural shot in my neck in the morning... I have a herniated disc in my neck, which causes upper back pain. I am hoping to get some relief with the epidural.

Happy Birthday flip scrapbook

This is a unique way to make a scrapbook... I don't really know the official name, but I am calling it a "flip" scrapbook. I got the directions from Andrea Walford, who also sells Stampin Up. It was a little hard to make at first, but it got easier as I went along. It is all being held by velcro. Then you open it up and flip out the pages. I can't wait to make another one. Let me know what you think of this type of scrapbook!!!

Summer scrapbook

I hope that everyone had a great weekend!! I just finished this fun summer scrapbook for my Etsy shop. This album is 6x6 and I used papers that I got at Archivers. This scrabook is perfect for any of your summer vacations from this year or previous years. I am hoping to work on more scrapbooks and cards this week. When I finish, I will post pictures!

Premade scrapbooks

I love to make premade scrapbooks... especially 6x6 ones. They are fast and easy to make. I have made several in the past week. I have decided to set up an Etsy shop. I haven't done that yet (I am out of town now) but will do it when I get home on Tuesday. Here are one samples of what will be in the store. Thanks for looking!!
